Our Purpose

The Vancouver GIS Users Group is a group of GIS professionals using geographic information systems for spatial data management, analysis, and visualization. Formed to facilitate communication between people working in all areas of GIS, the users group meets monthly to allow its members to learn more about current activities and technologies within the industry and to network with their peers.

Announcement for Vancouver GIS Users Group 2020 - 2021 Season

In view of the continuing pandemic, the Vancouver GIS Users Group has elected to start our 2020 - 2021 season with virtual presentations. We hope to carry on with our usual schedule of monthly meetings.

A link to the Zoom meeting will be placed on this web site the day of each meeting. The Zoom meeting will be opened at 17:15, 15 minutes before the meeting begins. You can join the meeting through this link on the web site.
